Refund Policy
This page explains the intended refund approach for Scamnova subscriptions processed through a payment provider such as PayPal.
Future subscriptions
When paid plans are enabled, customers should be able to request a refund within 7 days of first purchase if the product does not work as described. Refunds may not apply to abuse, excessive usage, or repeated refund requests.
Cancellations
Users should be able to cancel future subscription renewals from their account billing page or by contacting support. Canceling should stop future billing but may not automatically refund past paid periods.
Current status
Subscription checkout links may be active, but account plan upgrades still require payment webhook/account sync.

Before launch, replace support@scamnova.com with the real support email used for payment and refund requests.
